Representative project 1. We provide commercial litigation and arbitration legal services for the well-known Yaduo Hotel, including but not limited to lease contract disputes, intermediary contract disputes, entrusted management contract disputes, and sales contract disputes, and have cumulatively recovered losses of over 50 million yuan for our clients; 2. Establish a franchise legal system and provide franchise related legal texts for well-known catering brand PizzaMazano and fitness brand Super Gorilla, and promote their brand chain process; 3. From 2020 to 2023, through a combination of non litigation negotiations and litigation, we have fought for rent reductions and breach of contract liability exemptions for clients in the hotel industry, fitness industry, catering industry, and co working industry, resulting in a cumulative reduction of losses for clients exceeding RMB 30 million; 4. Acting as an agent for a construction contract dispute between a certain building decoration Co., Ltd. and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Guangling District, Yangzhou City. In the event that the construction contract is invalid, successfully fought for the full recovery of the final payment of the project for the parties involved; 5. Acting as an agent to dispose of dozens of non-performing assets under the names of Huarong Asset Management and Ping An Puhui, with a collection amount exceeding 10 million yuan; 6. Intervened in a high interest transfer loan case during the investigation stage, wrote a legal opinion on not constituting the crime of high interest transfer loan, actively communicated with the handling police officer, and ultimately the public security organ made a decision to withdraw the case; 7. Undertook multiple final execution cases, and successfully executed the collection of funds by applying to add shareholders who did not make actual contributions as the executed persons in the final execution cases. 8. Representing a well-known Bilibili user in a dispute over Tesla's reputation infringement case; 9. Provide legal services such as pre investment due diligence, investment structure design, and investment agreement drafting for a certain biopharmaceutical technology equity investment project.
