Dr. Matthias Heilmeier has many years of experience in the above-mentioned areas and has acted as lead counsel on numerous transactions. After working for major international law firms (Latham & Watkins, CMS), he was a founding partner of an M&A/Corporate boutique.

Dr. Matthias Heilmeier was admitted to the German bar in 2008 after training as a banker (BayernLB) and subsequently studying law.
