Career

Prior to joining 100 Legal in 2025, Matteo Pedrazzini practiced in a number of prestigious law firms in Switzerland and the United States and served as Judge and President of the Court of Appeal for Judicial Conduct of Judges of the Canton and Republic of Geneva (Cour d’Appel du Pouvoir judiciaire).

With over 30 years’ experience in international litigation, Matteo Pedrazzini’s practice focuses on civil and criminal litigation in the financial, commercial, industrial and banking sectors. In particular, he has provided his expertise to creditors in one of the largest bankruptcies in Swiss history, as well as in the group negotiations following the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy.

His practice also extends to international arbitration, as counsel, co-arbitrator or chairman and led him to appear before state courts and arbitration tribunals in many countries, including Switzerland, the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy, the Bahamas, Luxembourg and France, where he advises institutions, companies and their directors, as well as private clients.
