Anish specializes in secured transactions law, commercial law and dispute resolution. He has experience in arbitration, foreign investment, M&A, and project finance and intellectual property matters. He has worked with a number of multinational companies in foreign investment structuring, regulatory compliances, market entry and exit. He has assisted national and international companies in legal due diligence, acquisitions, share transfers, technology transfers, and cross-border lending. He has extensive regulatory knowledge of energy, e-commerce and infrastructure sectors.

He has recently represented and advised international mart chain in Nepal regarding availing foreign loan from Malaysia, multinational pharmaceutical/cosmetic manufacturer regarding foreign direct investment and market testing approval from Department of Industry,  VFX, 3D Animation and Training Company in market entry and on corporate governance issues., hydropower company in corporate compliances, corporate restructuring, labour law and intellectual property law, international impact fund in relation various corporate governance issues,  Russian Hotel chain in relation to registration, licensing of trademark in Nepal.
