Career

Ms. Pratistha specializes in tax law and labour law matters. Her expertise includes providing comprehensive tax advisory services and representation in tax disputes to both domestic and international clients. Additionally, she has also been engaged in the tax reform projects of the regulatory authority as well as third party research centres. In addition to tax law proficiency, she holds an extensive experience in labor law matters. She has drafted human resource policies for a diverse clientele, such as prominent beverage manufacturing companies, service industries, diplomatic agencies, and INGOs, facilitated collective bargaining as well as mediated individual labour disputes.  Ms. Pratistha's expertise is further highlighted by her involvement in legal and regulatory reform projects. She has been advising the board of a transmission line construction public limited company in the capacity of Company Secretary, NGOs and INGOs in structuring of their human resource, drafting their human resource manuals, training on prevention of sexual harassment at workplace, etc, providing  tax advisory to domestic and international clients, representing clients in courts and tribunals in tax disputes, labour law disputes, contractual disputes and advising clients in their vendor contracts, regulatory compliance, safeguarding intellectual property, etc.
