Emre Atayılmaz is a highly experienced commercial lawyer with a particular focus on employment and real estate matters. He has more than 20 years of experience on commercial contracts, employment, real estate & construction and hospitality & leisure.

Emre is unique in the employment law field for his ability to analyse employment law requirements arising out of corporate and commercial transactions including mergers, restructurings, spin-offs and business transfers.

Emre has been advising AECO’s clients on development of residential and commercial projects, hotel management contracts as well as major property leases. In the past, Emre worked for nine years in Denton Wilde Sapte (now known as Dentons) where he was leading the property and employment teams. He is fluent in English and speaks German at an intermediate level.

Emre has been recognized by The Legal 500 as a “Leading Individual” in the field of Real Estate and Construction. He also acted as a guest lecturer in a number of universities and trade missions concerning commercial and employment law matters.
