Salem Alhamed is the Managing Partner of Batic Law Firm. He is a licensed lawyer and mediator with a master’s degree in American Law, specializing in Alternative Methods for Resolving Commercial Disputes from Michigan State University, and holds a Bachelor of Sharia (LL.B.) from Imam University, graduated with honors.

Salem has successfully resolved real estate and commercial disputes valued at over one billion Saudi riyals through negotiation and strategic litigation. His expertise in Saudi Laws, combined with his diverse international knowledge background, enables him to provide comprehensive legal care and innovative professional solutions. He leads the firm’s litigation department and advises on complex transactions, Sharia compliance, and dispute resolution across real estate, banking, and taxation sectors.
