Trainee Associate

As a detail-oriented and highly motivated trainee lawyer with a First-Class Honors degree in Law from Majmaah University, I have developed a deep expertise in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and legal structuring. Over the past year, I’ve gained hands-on experience in drafting governance regulations, conducting legal due diligence, and providing expert advice on corporate transformations and foreign investment law.

I’ve had the privilege of contributing to several high-impact corporate transactions, assisting companies in establishing and structuring their legal entities, and navigating the complexities of Saudi corporate law. My focus has been on delivering clear, strategic legal solutions, including drafting and reviewing a wide range of corporate and commercial contracts.

Working closely with senior partners, I’ve honed my skills in legal analysis, contract management, and compliance with regulatory bodies like the Saudi Capital Market Authority. My legal training has also allowed me to contribute to the transformation of companies from Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) to Closed Joint-Stock Companies (CJSCs), ensuring that governance practices align with corporate objectives.

Fluent in both Arabic and English, I’m passionate about using my skills to provide personalized legal advice and navigate complex legal landscapes. My goal is to continue growing within the legal profession, driving value for my clients and colleagues alike.
