Philippe Jacques assists his clients in the development and implementation of renewable energy projects: on-shore or floating wind power, solar (ground, roof, shaded and floating), biomass, hydro (from micro-plants to major ones) or gas, individual or collective self-consumption (notably in the “smart city” context), electricity networks, sales of electricity, in bulk or at peak (BtoB) or as a supplier (BtoB and BtoC, for alternative suppliers in particular), sale of utilities more widely (heat, cold, pressure).

He assists its clients with their contractual needs for the construction and operation of infrastructures (energy production, commercial or industrial activities, isolated or embedded in buildings), at all stages of projects (reservation and land control; financing/refinancing, procurement, construction; operation; maintenance; revamping or repowering; energy storage units; power plants asset management). In construction, he specialized in Infrastructure contracts such as turnkey [EPC et FIDIC], BTO, BTL, notably.

He benefits from unique experience and expertise in CPPA – Corporate Power Purchase Agreements (structuring; contract drafting; negotiations), under different structures, “as produced”, with guarantees, “base load”, “fully wrapped or not” as well as the ancillary contracts (“tailor-made” contracts for balancing management, aggregation services, metering and forecasting).
