Before joining the legal profession, Sonia Saadi began her career at the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Paris Court of Appeal, where she assisted the Deputy Public Prosecutor in charge of social affairs in drafting opinions for the Public Prosecutor’s Office.

This experience enabled her to hone her understanding of social and legal issues specific to labor law.

Since taking her oath, she has assisted French companies and subsidiaries of international groups in managing their labor issues, whether individual or collective.

She has also assisted employers’ organizations in their representativeness procedures at branch level and led training courses on the creation of standards at this level.
