Mrs. Yulia Akinfieva advises national and international clients including but not limited to investors, financial services firms, trade and industrial companies, and institutions in connection with contract and commercial law, transactions and regulatory matters, compliance and governance as well as counsels on internal investigations and in merger and acquisition transactions, joint ventures, and takeovers. She also assisted clients in raising capital, structuring and executing corporate transactions, implementing compliance programs as well as corporate re-structuring. Frequently acts as an expert witness on Egyptian laws and regulations before foreign courts. Furthermore, as a seasoned management consultant, she has extensive experience in telecom, real estate, aviation, and manufacturing as well as energy sectors.
