Luis Felipe is a partner in the Corporate/M&A Group of A/C/R. He advises on a variety of transaction types and across various sectors, but has particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, whether acting for multinationals, large corporations, start-ups, entrepreneurs or investors.

Luis FELIPE handles all aspects of corporate law: business sales and acquisitions, fundraising and investment transactions, joint ventures, and reorganizations.From 2004 to 2005, he served as Unilever's internal regional advisor, in charge of the company's local operations as well as M&A in Latin America. He also worked as a foreign associate from 2002-2003 at the New York City law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.Luis Felipe is also part of the Energy, project and Infrastructure Group, his knowledge and experience have led him to represent several of the most important firms operating in Latin America, related to infrastructure, mining and energy projects, with a special focus on non-conventional renewable energy projects.He is endorsed by Chambers and Partners, The Legal 500, Latin Lawyer 250, Best Lawyers, Leaders League, Who’s Who Legal, and Latin American Corporate Counsel Association (LACCA).
