Karin is the head of the Real Estate Group at A/C/R.

Karin has experience advising on the development of real estate projects, especially housing, warehouse, infrastructure and equipment projects, in matters of urban planning law, construction, acquisition of properties to execute projects, regularization of real estate, concessions and tenders, public and private, among others. In matters of real estate joint ownership, she advises our clients on the effective application of this regulation in their various projects, as well as their regularization.

Likewise, Karin focuses her practice on the representation of clients before authorities such as the Ministry of National Assets, the Ministry of Transport and Communications, Municipalities and Comptroller General of the Republic.
