Nicolás is an associate in the Corporate/M&A and Energy, Projects and Infrastructure teams at A/C/R.

His experience includes advising on corporate law, development and financing of real estate and energy infrastructure projects, mergers and acquisitions, operation and implementation of last mile transport businesses. He has also advised companies on debt restructuring, development of agrobusiness projects and corporate maintenance management.

As part of the Energy, Projects and Infrastructure Group, Nicolás has been involved in advising clients on the development, financing and construction of energy and infrastructure projects in Chile. In recent years, he has focused his practice on energy transactions, particularly the acquisition, maintenance and development of photovoltaic energy projects.
