Yu is an associate and part of the Corporate/M&A, and Banking, Financing and Fintech teams at A/C/R.

Her experience includes advising domestic and foreign clients on mergers and acquisitions, various contractual matters and other corporate affairs. As part of the Banking, Finance and Fintech team, her practice focuses on advising clients of various industries, including public and private investment managers and funds, mutual funds, ETFs, pension funds, private equity funds and other qualified investors on financing transactions and financial market regulations. Previously, she worked at Alessandri Attorneys at Law, and did a secondment at Johnson & Johnson.
