Daniiar Torobaev began his legal career in 2010 as In-house Counsel at the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, where he provided legal advice on banking supervision. In 2014, he served as an Expert/Consultant for the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), advising the Kyrgyz government on banking legislation and compliance with international treaties.

In March 2014, Daniiar founded TDM Plus Law Firm, LLC, where he currently holds the position of Managing Partner. In this role, Daniiar specializes in banking and financial law, advising clients on compliance, mergers, and acquisitions, while managing a team of over 15 attorneys.

Daniiar graduated with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University School of Law. He has been licensed to practice law in the Kyrgyz Republic since April 2014.

Daniiar Torobaev is a Bishkek City Bar Association member and has been a licensed attorney with the Kyrgyz Republic Ministry of Justice since April 2014.

Daniiar Torobaev holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University School of Law. He previously earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honors from Osh State Law Institute in March 2013, as well as a Specialist Diploma in Law and Forensic Expertise from Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University Law School in June 2010. Daniiar's extensive educational background underpins his expertise in banking and financial law, enhancing his ability to provide informed and strategic legal counsel.

Daniiar Torobaev is a seasoned corporate and banking attorney with over 14 years of experience, specializing in advising Central Asian banking and non-banking clients on their operations involving foreign investment funds and financial organizations. As the Founder and Managing Partner of TDM Plus Law Firm in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, Daniiar has led a team of over 15 attorneys in providing top-tier legal services, focusing on contract drafting, governance documents, and advisory services for mergers and acquisitions. He has successfully navigated legal compliance with capital adequacy rules and secured regulatory approvals for numerous acquisitions and new activities.

Daniiar is proficient in compliance matters related to investment advisers, private offerings, and fund governance. His extensive experience includes advising banks and microfinance institutions on daily operations and regulatory relations, as well as collaborating with notable investment funds such as DWM, EBRD, and BlueOrchard. He has played a crucial role in establishing and transforming microfinance organizations and credit unions, thereby promoting financial inclusivity in the region.

Daniiar's prior experience includes serving as an In-house Counsel at the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, where he drafted banking regulations and represented the bank in legal proceedings. Additionally, he has acted as an expert consultant for the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), advising the Kyrgyz government on banking legislation and the implications of the country's accession to the Eurasian Economic Union.

He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honors from Osh State Law Institute. Daniiar is licensed to practice law in the Kyrgyz Republic.
