Manuel Mühlestein has been a partner at ws&p since 2025. He primarily deals with inheritance and contract law - focusing on employment and tenancy law - as well as company and corporate law. He also advises clients on criminal law and international private law. As a former clerk at Zurich District Court and following his earlier work as a lawyer in the procedural law team at a leading corporate law firm, Manuel Mühlestein has a lot of experience relating to civil and criminal procedural law as well as debt collection and bankruptcy law.
