Fahad Anwar Alhaddad is a renowned legal expert in Kuwait, known for his extensive experience in handling litigation before Kuwaiti courts.

Fahad has always kept himself actively involved in both legal practice and academics in field of law. Since establishment of his own law firm in 2016, he has represented both individual and corporate clients in both civil and criminal cases, particularly high-profile financial crime cases involving money laundering, fraud, murder, public funds embezzlement among others.

As the founder of Fahad Anwar Alhaddad Law Firm, Fahad has established a strong litigation practice with focus on corporate and commercial law. Under his leadership, the firm has grown into one of the largest legal firms in Kuwait that offers expertise in litigation, corporate consultancy, real estate, and international arbitration. Fahad is also recognized for his numerous appearances in prominent media outlets, where he speaks on legal reforms and financial regulation.
