"I have about ten years of experience as a lawyer specializing in financing projects related to energy, mining, and infrastructure, where I have advised on major projects in the Democratic Republic of Congo. As a qualified lawyer, I aim to provide technical expertise, deep industry knowledge, and a strong ability to help clients complete complex projects."

Salvatrice specializes in finance and corporate  transactions related to energy, natural resources, and infrastructure. She also works on structured finance, including large project financing, secured and unsecured syndicated loans, insolvency, and corporate restructuring.

Salvatrice advises sponsors, investors, government entities, and lenders on all aspects of projects, including financing and contractual arrangements, as well as regulatory issues in complex transactions.

Having contributed multiple times to the World Bank's Doing Business Report, Salvatrice has gained solid knowledge of the legal and institutional business environment in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Representative matters

Prior to joining Legalter Avocats, Salvatrice was involved in the following matters:

- Local counsel on the legal structuring (PPP) of the Ndjili International Airport rehabilitation project. Project cost: USD 1.2 billion.

- Local counsel in acquisition due diligence for buyer - Financing the purchase of 15 concessions totaling approximately 3.1 million hectares of forest in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

- Local Counsel to South African bank, in the establishment of a 24-month revolving term amounting to USD 50 million for the benefit of mining company in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

- Local counsel to lenders in the DRC to provide legal advice in connection with the conclusion of a facility agreement, in which a mining compagny was the borrower.

- Counsel for the establishment in the DRC of a U.S. company operating in the renewable energy sector (incorporation and licensing).

- Study of the legislative, regulatory, and institutional framework of the electricity production sector in the Democratic Republic of the Congo for African Legal Support Facility.

- Local counsel to a security agent in the financing of a company operating in the telecommunications sector on security aspects and company due diligence. Guaranteed amount: USD 232,560,934.

- Local counsel on contractual and foreign exchange regulation aspects in a credit agreement between local banks as lender and a mining company as borrower. Project cost: USD 450 million.

- Counsel to the major Congolese telecom operator on the implications of the entry into force of the Digital Code concerning privacy and personal data protection.
