Ellen has extensive experience in real estate practice. She has advised on direct property acquisition, real estate joint ventures, regulatory issues at different stages of property development, and drafted sale and lease documentation. She also assists clients with drafting and negotiation of hotel management and related agreements.

Ellen also advises clients on foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, funding, liquidation and dissolution, and general corporate and commercial matters.
