Fraser joined Murray Beith Murray in 2015 and he specialises in private client work, advising individuals and their families on a broad range of matters including wills, powers of attorney, succession and tax planning.

Together with expertise in family protection trusts, Fraser is widely recognised for advising farming families and small business owners on succession planning. Clients appreciate his clear, practical advice and insightful guidance.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Fraser’s work with the Scottish Government, included developing policy, implementing legislation; and pursuing an interest in litigation, representing clients in various civil actions including protecting the interests of vulnerable clients.

Fraser is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

When not in the office, Fraser will most likely be found running, cycling and walking the hills and mountains of Scotland and beyond.
