Cynthia is a Junior Associate at Fernandes Partnership Law Firm with extensive experience in various areas of law, including Restructuring and Distressed Assets Management, Mining, Property and Real Estate, Land Acquisition, Forestry and Plantation. As a Junior Associate, Cyntia works under the guidance of Partners and Senior Associates, which has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of handling complex legal issues.

Cyntia also has experience in Restructuring & Distressed Assets Management, where she assists clients facing financial challenges by developing legal strategies for debt restructuring and managing distressed assets. With guidance from Partners and Senior Associates, Cyntia has learned to handle complex cases related to bankruptcy and debt resolution efficiently.

In the Mining sectors, Cyntia provides legal support in energy and mining development projects, assisting clients in obtaining necessary permits and licenses and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. She also handles legal issues related to the exploration and exploitation of natural resources in the mining industries.

Cyntia is also involved in legal transactions related to Land Acquisition, Forestry, and Plantation,  Property and  Real Estate and , offering advice to clients in land acquisition, property development, and real estate transactions. This experience has helped her understand the complex legal aspects related to land use regulations and large-scale property transactions.
