Senior Partner

Tim is our Senior Partner and has specialised exclusively in Dispute Resolution work with an emphasis on Commercial Litigation throughout his Legal Career which is now for more than 35 years. He has been with Myerson for 24 years.  He was the Head of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department until 2016. 

He deals with complex commercial litigation disputes including Professional Negligence, Contract and Commercial disputes, Shareholder and Director issues such as Unfair Prejudice Petitions and Breaches of Director’s duties, Insolvency matters such as misfeasance and transactions at an undervalue, Partnership Disputes and Property Litigation. He is a member of the Property Litigation Association.

Tim qualified as a solicitor in 1982 and joined the firm as an Assistant Solicitor in 1995. He became a Partner in 2000 and the Firm’s Senior partner in 2013.
