Specialising in all aspects of residential property including sale, purchase, remortgage (freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity, sales of part including sales of units on residential development sites, granting of new leases, deeds of easement, unregistered land and adverse possession applications.

Trainee with a local authority in Cumbria and on qualification in 2000 specialised in Residential Property within private practice in the South Manchester/Cheshire/Staffordshire areas. Joined Myerson in 2016 as a Senior Solicitor and Head of the Residential Property Team.
