Insolvency and Restructuring

Vicky is a Legal Director in our Insolvency Team and Restructuring Team

Vicky qualified as a solicitor in November 2011 and joined Myerson’s commercial litigation department in October 2012. Vicky has been promoted twice during her time at Myerson: in September 2017 to Senior Associate and in September 2023 to Legal Director. Vicky’s promotion to Legal Director also coincided with her joining Myerson’s Insolvency and Restructuring Team on a full-time basis.

As a commercial litigator, Vicky obtained a great deal of experience in dealing with high-value and complex litigation disputes, including claims heard by the most senior courts in England and Wales, such as the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. Utilising her commercial litigation experience, Vicky now specialises in contentious insolvency matters, advising insolvency practitioners, directors and individuals in relation to both corporate and personal insolvency issues. Vicky also heads up Myerson’s business debt recovery service.  Vicky is recommended in the Legal 500, having received testimonials such as:
