Lucy has experience in dealing with a wide variety of commercial and residential landlord and tenant and property related disputes, including party wall matters, issues with rooftop developments, business lease renewals, issues with houses in multiple occupation, breaches of covenant, recovery of possession, nuisance and trespass, dilapidations and neighbour disputes.

Lucy also has experience in a wide variety of general commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, construction litigation and debt recovery matters.

Lucy has been listed in the Legal 500 (2020) as a recommended lawyer in commercial litigation. One client states that she ‘is really pleasant to work with and willing to go above and beyond for her clients’.
