Case load includes contractual and other business disputes, tortious claims, fraud claims, intellectual property disputes, contentious trusts and legacy / probate disputes, procurement challenges, construction disputes. Experienced at dealing with litigation, adjudication, arbitration and mediation. An experienced Supervising Solicitor of Search and other orders. Represents commercial organisations, regulatory bodies, charities and individuals.

Trained Bates Wells Braithwaite; qualified into litigation / dispute resolution department 1999; partner 2006; co-author Jordan’s ‘Charities Administration Handbook’ and contributor ‘Entrepreneur’s Code to Business’, writer and/or co-author of various articles.

Basic French, German and Spanish.
