Hannah joined Olliers in early 2021 and during her time has grasped a great deal of experience working in several different areas from engaging in pre-charge work to assisting Magistrates preparation whilst handling a busy Crown Court caseload. She has demonstrated a great appreciation from working on a case from start to finish and believes having a firm understanding of this process is fundamental to her clients but also her own professional development as a young lawyer and Associate within the firm.

Hannah has developed experience in a plethora of matters which include serious sexual assaults, assaults against another, robberies and dishonesty offences and she continues to develop practice in both drug related matters and murder.

Hannah is commended for her approachable nature with each client and ensures that each individual she represents is considered on a case-by-case basis with her meticulous style.

Hannah deals with both private and publicly funded work especially having developed her pre-charge portfolio of work in the last couple of years. She appreciates how crucial this process can be in avoiding a charging decision by adopting a pro-active approach from the get-go and has frequently made representations against charge on behalf of the client, at times involving counsel where appropriate.
Hannah can assist in taking instructions for individuals subject to Sexual Harm Prevention Orders and Notification Requirements who wish to make applications to vary those orders or discharge them before the court.

Hannah is a police station accredited representative. She recognises that any advice given to a client could be detrimental and it can have real ramifications should the case progress beyond charge. Hannah appreciates that for most, attending a police station interview is unfamiliar and unnerving, Hannah ensures she takes the time to reassure the client of each stage to the process and she endeavours to maintain a careful approach when taking instructions and advising the client on any given scenario which she has often been commended for.
