She specialises in corporate and commercial law. She handles the full range of corporate law transactions for French and international clients.
Stéphanie has a large experience in intra-group restructurings of all types, including pre-transaction reorganisations, post-acquisition integrations and supply chain restructurings. She also advises clients on domestic and cross-border acquisitions and joint venture transactions.
Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Stéphanie has worked for seven years in the M&A/Corporate team of Baker & McKenzie and for four years as a legal counsel in a notary office where she advised listed real estate companies (REITs) in corporate law and commercial law.
In 2014, she has been seconded to the corporate legal team of a worldwide leader in the food and beverage sector.
