Stefan has advised on a large number of major domestic and cross-border acquisitions and transactions. He advises numerous companies on the establishment of their businesses and the handling of their national and international trade. He is also a litigator in court as well as arbitration proceedings. He worked as a legal counsel for major real estate and property development companies on the realisation of large business parks and real estate projects.
