Cristina is a corporate and commercial lawyer, who has achieved outstanding expertise in M&A Insurance as well as in M&A transactions.
She is a member of the Italian Corporate team, and her legal expertise lies in corporate law, commercial law, contract law and real estate.
Cristina has developed relevant experience in M&A, extraordinary transactions and private equity. She has also developed key know-how in matters related to M&A Insurance: in particular Warranty & Indemnity policies, insurance policies to secure indemnification obligations in M&A transactions as well as contingent risk products.
Through her career, Cristina has practised in international law firms of primary standing and developed the M&A Insurance practice of an Italian boutique firm.
