Career

Jérôme supports and advises French and international companies on the full range of labour issues and HR strategy. His areas of expertise include all aspects of employment law, social security law and welfare benefits. He also handles litigation matters in front of the French Courts.

Jérôme provides services on a day-to-day basis on individual employment matters (employment contracts, remuneration plans, employees training) and collective employment issues (employee saving plans, optimising working time, relation with staff representative bodies).

He has significant experience in the management of complex operations and reorganisation (HR impacts of transfers of activities, restructuring, outsourcing, harmonisation of employees’ status post-acquisitions, collective economic dismissals) and preventing employment risks (psycho-social risks, litigations).

Jérôme has developed a special interest on issues relating to the impacts of using digital on employee relationships.

Jérôme holds a post-graduate diploma in law and employment practices (University of Paris II – Panthéon-Assas) and he is lecturer in labour law at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (M2 HR management and labour relationships, CIFFOP). He is admitted to the Paris Bar since 2001.
