Claire joined the founding team of Osborne Clarke’s Paris office as Partner in 2013. She specialises in Intellectual Property, Data and Commercial with a strong focus on the advertising and marketing sector.

Claire has a varied practice: from traditional Intellectual Property to any advertising related issues, going through IT, data, consumer, commercial and regulatory aspects. Her practice covers legal advice, audits and contracts as well as litigation.

She advises Internet pure and brick-and-mortar businesses in various fields as in media, fashion, food. She can help with advertising campaigns, TM portfolio management, licensing and partnering, franchising, data compliance, and e-commerce.
