Hadrien specialises in corporate and security law, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), venture capital, public offerings and corporate reorganisations. Hadrien also acts as a litigator in these matters and in market abuse disputes. Hadrien also assists in setting-up, reorganising, acquiring, or liquidating business ventures in Belgium.

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in 2016, Hadrien worked in the M&A Department of a leading Benelux firm. In 2014, Hadrien carried out a secondment at a leading global provider of specialised transportation and logistics. Hadrien also gained work experience as an Associate in Hong Kong in 2015.

Master’s Degree in Commercial Law and a Master’s Degree in Political Sciences from the Catholic University of Louvain and holds an LLM in International Law from the London School of Economics.
