David specialises in every aspect of corporate transactional work, such as public and private M&A, venture capital transactions, general corporate lending, public offerings and general company law. A significant proportion of David’s work focuses on the digital business, life sciences and biotech sectors.

David joined Osborne Clarke as a Partner in 2013, having previously worked at a leading international law firm.
