I am a paralegal working in the Development, Planning and Plot Sales department. I am currently a member of CILEx and studying to graduate as a solicitor.

I specialise in acting for and on behalf of local and regional property developers, setting up development sites and the acquisitions of freehold/leasehold new build homes. With 6 years of experience working within property law, I have built good working relationships with clients and I believe communication and attention to detail is key to ensure that transactions run smoothly.

I also have experience dealing with various others matters which include:

• Public Sector lease extensions
• Residential freehoold/leasehold right to buy acquisitions on behalf of local authorities
• Property finance acting on behalf of borrowers/secured lending work

I am also recognised by the Law Society Conveyance Quality Scheme.
