I am head of Development within the Commercial Property team. My expertise is in:

  • commercial property and residential development;
  • land acquisition and disposal;
  • joint ventures;
  • options and conditional contracts;
  • landowner equalisation and overage agreements; and
  • planning and infrastructure agreements.

My approach entails coupling a clear understanding of my clients requirements with the technical know how required to complete complex property and development transactions.

I’m known for my ability to deliver to clients’ schedules no matter how tight and whether strategic or transactional.  I am supported by a team of over 40 planning, banking and commercial property lawyers. Clients include national and regional commercial and residential developers.
