Career

I am the head of the Corporate, Commercial and Finance department within Paris Smith and I am also the head of the Banking and Finance team. I have spent over a decade of my career in the banking & finance teams of leading US and UK international law firms in London before joining Paris Smith LLP in order to develop its banking and finance practice in 2007. I now lead a dedicated group of 15 finance lawyers, split into specialist teams.

I regularly act for the main banks (such as Santander UK PLC and National Westminster Bank PLC) as well as some of the region’s highest profile corporate clients (such as The Ageas Bowl, Haskins Garden Centres, Millbrook Industries and Yacht Havens) on all manner of acquisition, asset, project and property finance transactions.

I always try to help my clients to obtain their goal by providing concise and commercial legal advice in a time frame which doesn’t slow their deals down.

I am also a Notary Public and I advise companies and individuals on cross border matters which require the involvement of a Notary Public.
