Legal Assistant

Working primarily with developer clients, I specialise in disposition of new build homes and refurbished properties, ranging from single plots to large scale developments. I can assist with all aspects including:

the setting up of a development; reviewing and advising on various aspects of the development site; help to buy; consumer code for home builders; drafting of contracts and transfers; and dealing with individual sales to see them through to exchange and completion.

With 15 years’ experience in New Homes I have built up a good working relationship with clients, selling agents and managing agents so we can work together to set up a site from the very beginning to ensure we can progress sales efficiently through to exchange and completion.

Working within tight timescales I believe communication is key and I am always on hand and in contact with clients to ensure target timescales and completion dates are met.
