acquisitions and disposals; MBOs; equity investments; reorganisations; shareholders’ agreements and articles of association; joint venture agreements; EMI options; partnerships and LLPs; and transactional insolvency (buying and selling distressed businesses and assets).

I am noted in The Legal 500 (a leading independent directory) as a key lawyer within the team here at Paris Smith. I act for private companies, owner-managed businesses, directors and investors across a wide variety of sectors providing targeted, commercially relevant advice and assistance to businesses and individuals.

I am a member of the Agriculture Sector team and provide support and advice in relation to farming partnership agreements.
