To achieve the desired goals on any transaction I take a meticulous approach to each element, adopt a proactive attitude, and endeavour to offer a commercial view on issues when they arise.  I believe this enables me to be an efficient and effective lawyer.

On Property finance matters, I advise well known high street banks on taking security over development sites (both residential and commercial), investment properties, owner occupied properties (such as care homes and garden centres) and property portfolios.

On Education matters I advise schools on conversion to academy status and particularly on issues concerning land, governance and funding.

On Charity matters I advise charities on the taking, granting or assignment of leases (and related/ancillary Landlord and Tenant act matters) as well as the acquisition and disposal of freehold and long leasehold properties.

On Insolvency matters I advise trustees in bankruptcy, liquidators and LPA Receivers in connection with the disposal of freehold and leasehold property.
