Paralegal

I am a paralegal within the Property Finance team. I act on behalf of lender banks and deal with the renewal and negotiation of commercial leases and advising banks on taking security over residential, commercial and mixed-use properties.

I am pragmatic and have a keen eye for detail and take a commercial approach to matters and issues. I ensure each transaction is dealt with efficiently and effectively, to meet our clients and both parties’ needs.

Prior to joining Paris Smith I worked in civil litigation, acting and assisting private and commercial clients in:

commercial litigation; civil fraud; property and land law; employment law; and harassment.
