I am a solicitor with over 20 years’ experience in dealing with property matters, both commercial and residential including:

telecommunications code agreements and leases; freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; commercial leases and renewals for both landlords and tenants; leasehold management documentation; portfolio acquisitions and disposals; organisation and management of property portfolios; pension fund investment; conditional contracts; and wayleaves and utility agreements.

In addition to undertaking all forms of commercial property work including the organisation and management of large property portfolios, I provide specialist telecoms advice to landowners and operators in connection with the Electronic Communications Code and its interaction with property rights.

I am an experienced, meticulous and organised property lawyer and work quickly and efficiently to provide excellent legal work with attention to detail. I work proactively to assist clients in achieving successful outcomes explaining clearly and concisely the procedures to be undertaken in a friendly and approachable manner.

I have a broad range of clients, ranging from private individuals to global companies, rural landowners, tenants, lenders and charitable establishments and work closely with clients to obtain a clear understanding of requirements.

I am also a member of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
