Position

Partner and head of civil litigation at the firm. Holds a mostly company/commercial caseload but also deals with the full mix of work in the civil litigation department in a supervisory capacity. Alongside contentious matters, also deals with non-contentious corporate/commercial matters, including business sales/acquisitions, shareholders agreements, partnership agreements and construction contracts.

Rawlins Davy Solicitors, Bournemouth, qualified 2001. Partner Paul Robinson Solicitors 2010. Alongside being a partner and head of civil litigation, Fiona is also the firm’s compliance officer for legal practice and one of the money laundering officers.

Music –listening to generally and attending concerts –of a diverse range of genres; theatre (comedy, plays, musicals); cinema; running; skiing; watching sport; classic cars; motor racing; cooking; reading and travelling. She is also trustee of a local Citizens Advice Bureau and a Governor at a local Grammar School.
