Position
Evelyn advises clients in relation to a wide range of family law issues arising in contemplation of marriage and on divorce or dissolution. This includes nuptial agreements, financial remedy proceedings and arrangements for children following a relationship breakdown.
Evelyn is also a member of the Modern Family team, advising on surrogacy and adoption matters.
Career
Evelyn joined Payne Hicks Beach as a trainee in 2019 and qualified into the Family department in 2021.
Education
Evelyn read Classical Archaeology and Ancient History at Oxford University. Evelyn completed her legal training (GDL and LPC) at BPP.
