Shivani Patel

Family

Shivani is an associate in the Family department and advises clients in relation to a wide range of family law matters arising during cohabitation, in contemplation of marriage and on the breakdown of a marriage.

Shivani's work covers all areas of family law including financial remedy matters, enforcement action, pre- and post-nuptial agreements and private children disputes. She has extensive experience in a wide range of high-value cases involving international or cross-border elements as well as complex asset structures and trusts.

Shivani read Law at the University of Bristol. She completed her LPC at the University of Law and achieved a distinction.
