Career

Having studied Physics at the University of Bristol, Rory obtained a graduate diploma in law and took the legal practice course at BBP before joining Peachey & Co LLP in 2011, and is now a partner in the firm’s corporate finance and M&A teams. Rory advises and acts for a wide variety of clients ranging from to start-ups and SMEs to multinational and listed companies.

Rory’s transactional experience has a particular focus on investments, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. Rory also regularly advises clients on commercial contracts, debt facilities, joint venture structures, distribution agreements and corporate governance.
