Career
Chris advises on all aspects of employment law undertaking both contentious and non-contentious work. He has experience in advising and representing clients in bringing and defending Employment Tribunal claims, as well as assisting clients with the ACAS Early Conciliation process.
Chris also drafts and advises on documents including settlement agreements, contracts of employment, restrictive covenants and staff handbooks. In addition, he provides advice on employment due diligence in asset and share purchases, as well as on TUPE transfers.
