Olivia advises businesses, charities and public bodies on commercial contracts and data protection.

Olivia’s commercial experience includes advising on both business to business and business to consumer contracts relating to technology development and procurement including bespoke software development agreements, a broad range of healthcare and life sciences matters, media and entertainment, and hospitality. Olivia has particular experience advising on clinical trials agreements relating to both national and cross-border studies.

Olivia also advises on all aspects of data protection compliance including international transfers and other bespoke data sharing arrangements, policies and procedures, data subject rights and personal data breaches.
