Career
Fiona is a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and has a STEP accreditation certificate with distinction in Advising Vulnerable Clients. She uses this to shape her approach in advising clients who need a Will, helping them with Lasting Powers of Attorney or administering an Estate when a loved one dies.
As an experienced Solicitor, she can also advise on declarations of trust so that an individual investment into a property is clearly recorded for the future and any division of assets on the sale of that property can be decided in advance.
Fiona’s overriding aim is to help individuals find a solution to their legal issues so that they know that their personal matters are in good order.
Areas of expertise include:
- Administration of Estates and Trusts
- Wills and tax planning
- Advice on Care home fees and later life planning
- Deeds of variation
- Probate
